Shipping Label Creation
A shipping label will be generated within 48 hours of purchase to confirm and secure your order in our fulfillment system. Please note that label creation does not indicate that the item has shipped; it signifies that your order is being processed and prepared for production.

Shipping Time
After the production period is complete, your order will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Delays
While we strive to meet all stated timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
